Green Tea

I like green tea but now I really like it! Someone told me last night if you substitute green tea for the coffee in you diet, you can lose 10lbs in 6 weeks. Guess what I've got in my mug this morning?

Isn't green tea the same as drinking decaf? I'm surprised at you, Janet!

Wrong! It does contain caffeine...(bonus!)
green tea contains less caffeine than coffee: there are approximately thirty to sixty mg. of caffeine in six - eight ounces of tea, compared to over one-hundred mg. in eight ounces of coffee.

That info about losing weight on green tea came directedly from Oprah, so it must be true.
